There's a quieter question you haven't quite named.

If you've found your way here, something in the front door's language probably felt almost right — but a little too composed. Too keen to reassure the skeptic. You're not the skeptic. You already suspect what most of this comes down to, and you're not looking to be persuaded of it.

So let me say it more plainly than I would out front.

Everything is going well. And well doesn't feel like enough — not because you're ungrateful, and not because anything is broken, but because you've spent years managing a life you haven't fully moved into. There's a low-grade bracing underneath the days that you stopped noticing so long ago it just became the weather. You're not tired of your life. You're tired of holding it at a slight distance.

This is one-on-one work for that. Grounded in science, yes — I won't ask you to leave your mind at the door — but held with full presence, paced to your life, and entirely your own.

I don't start with goals.
I start with you.

Most coaching asks what you want and works backward. That assumes the wanting is clear, and yours isn't — not because you lack clarity, but because the question was aimed at the wrong layer. So we begin somewhere more honest: with what you're carrying, what you're reaching for, and what you've quietly stopped letting yourself want.

What surfaces almost always is this — the destination was never the hard part. The person standing at the map was. Clarity about direction comes from clarity about the person choosing it, and once that comes into focus, a surprising amount of the so-called direction problem simply dissolves.

The shape of the work

It moves through five movements — though moves is the truer word than steps, because the work returns to each as your life asks it to.

We Ground: arrive in yourself as you actually are.
We Loosen: find the bracing and begin to release it, turning toward what you've spent years routing around.
We Steady: build the small interval of freedom — the pause where there used to be only reaction — that holds when life gets hard, because it will.
We Discern: learn to tell which of your problems wants solving and which is quietly asking you to grow, so you stop exhausting yourself applying effort to what only change will move.
And we Inhabit: the place it's all been moving toward, where happiness stops being an event you chase and becomes a baseline you live from. Presence stops being a practice you fail at and becomes a place you simply occupy.

Grounded in science. Paced with your life. Entirely your own.

How we'd actually work

For some, that's weekly sessions over several months — the steady cadence real change asks for. For others, a less frequent rhythm shaped around a particular transition or decision. Between sessions there's space for reflection, practice, and continued support when it's useful, so the work stays woven into your real days rather than living only in the hour we share.

Inner work and outer moves aren't separate tracks. They inform each other constantly, and the coaching holds both — moving between them as your life asks it to.

The science of happiness is a practice. Let's begin yours.

Beyond coaching

For some clients, there's another layer beneath even this — the intuitive and energetic work I've practiced for three decades. It isn't for everyone, and there's no need to be persuaded into it. If you're drawn to it, you likely already know.

A little about me

Mentors changed the trajectory of my life.
The first arrived when I was seven, and dyslexia had already taught me to think of myself as the one who couldn't. What that mentor gave me wasn't a method — it was the experience of being seen as capable before I could see it myself. The second came years later, an eager teenager in a design studio, and did the same thing in a different key: patience held steady long enough for something in me to change.
I know, from the inside, what it does to a person to be met that way. And I spent years quietly passing it on — mentoring staff and colleagues, long before I had a word for what I was doing. Coaching didn't arrive as a career decision. It grew from a life already shaped that way.
I tell you this here, on the quieter page, because it's the truer reason you'd want to work with me. The credentials are real and they matter — thirty years in corporate rooms, the neuroscience certification, the science behind every part of this. But the science is how I work. This is why. The whole of it comes down to a single conviction, earned twice before I was twenty: that being seen clearly, by someone willing to stay, is the thing that lets a person finally change.
That's what I offer. One person, fully present, for as long as the work asks.
The science of happiness is a practice. Let's begin yours.
